Where are you based?

We are based in Northern Ireland and deliver across the UK and Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

While we do keep some of our bestselling styles in stock and ready to ship, most wreaths are handmade to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of purchase. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £70. We also offer shipping via Royal Mail, local delivery (BT1–BT23), or collection in person from BT6 or BT23.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Europe and selected international destinations. EU shipping is £15.99 and international shipping starts from £24.99. Please note that customs charges may apply depending on your country.

Will I receive the exact wreath shown on the listing?

As each of our wreaths is individually handcrafted, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured. Our seasonal collection images are representative examples, and whilst we take great care to replicate every design as closely as possible — using the same florals, foliage, colour palettes, and ribbons — minor variations are an inherent and beautiful part of the handmade process. In rare instances, we may need to substitute a component due to supplier availability, though we will always maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of the design. If you require an exact specification, we invite you to explore our Bespoke Wreaths collection, where each piece is made entirely to your requirements.

Can you design a wreath just for me?

Yes! We have a range of personalisation options available to help create a totally unique design. If you'd like a completely bespoke wreath, simply select the 'Bespoke Wreath' option and get in touch to discuss your vision.

How long will my wreath last?

Our wreaths are handmade using the finest faux foliage and florals. With proper care, storage, and maintenance, your wreath will last for many years. Harsh weather conditions may cause damage, but our wreath maintenance service will have it looking as good as new in no time.

How do I hang a wreath without damaging my door?

We recommend using our steel door hangers, which simply hook over the top of your door, or Command hooks — both of which allow you to hang your wreath with no drilling or fixings required. Alternatively, our suction cup hooks are perfect for smooth surfaces such as glass doors and windows.

What size wreath hanger do I need?

Our standard door hangers measure 11.4cm x 2.4cm x 32.2cm and are suitable for most standard doors. They can hold wreaths weighing up to 4KG, which covers the vast majority of wreaths.

Are your products suitable for all door types?

Our mild steel door hangers are designed for wooden doors. For UPVC, composite, or glass doors, we recommend our suction cup hooks, which attach without any contact with the door frame.

Can I use the suction hooks on a UPVC door?

Our suction hooks work best on smooth, non-porous surfaces. UPVC doors with a smooth finish should work well, but we recommend testing on a small area first. They are not suitable for textured or embossed UPVC surfaces.

Are your fairy lights suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! Our wreath fairy lights are IP54 waterproof rated, making them safe for both indoor and outdoor use. They're battery powered, so there's no need to worry about trailing cables.

How do I store my wreath between seasons?

Our Wreath Storage Bag is the perfect solution. With a clear viewing window, sturdy zip, and carry handle, it keeps your wreath protected and in perfect condition ready for next season.

What surfaces do the suction hooks work on?

Our Luxe Suction Hooks work best on smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces such as glass, mirrors, tiles, windows, and stainless steel. They are not suitable for textured, painted, or porous surfaces.

Returns & Care

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

How do I care for my wreath?

To keep your wreath looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Use a soft brush or hairdryer on a cool setting to gently remove any dust. While our wreaths are suitable for sheltered outdoor use, we recommend bringing them inside during harsh weather conditions.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but it's something we're looking into for the near future. If you're ordering a gift, feel free to leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to make it feel special!

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a quick and easy checkout experience.

Do you offer buy now, pay later options?

Yes — Shop Pay Instalments, Klarna, and Clearpay are all available at checkout, subject to personal eligibility.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our website is secured with SSL encryption, meaning all your personal and payment information is fully protected. We never store your card details, and all transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
